Salonアルハル 〜西日本最大級アブサン専門バー＆禁断の美術館〜 公式BOOTH。 2018年創業。岡山県初のアブサン専門バーとして、西日本最大規模のアブサンコレクションを所蔵。アブサンの主原料であるニガヨモギを使用したクラフトビールの企画・監修も行っています。 店内には、多種多様な資料を収集・保管・展示するとともに、それらの探究・情報発信にも取り組んでいます。歴史と文化に触れながら、お酒を静かに味わい、語り合えるサロンのような空間づくりを目指しています。 －－－－－－－－－－－－－ Established in 2018, we are Okayama Prefecture’s first bar specializing in absinthe and boast one of the largest absinthe collections in Western Japan. We also plan and supervise the production of craft beers made with wormwood—the primary ingredient in absinthe. Our establishment collects, preserves, and displays a wide variety of materials related to the spirit, while also actively researching and sharing information about it. We aim to create a salon-like atmosphere where guests can quietly savor their drinks and engage in conversation while immersing themselves in the history and culture of absinthe.
